90's throwback!

So once in a while an event comes round that sparks of my interest and Rewind is one of them, as a 90's chick I thoroughly enjoyed shopping this event, it brought back so many fond memories of sneaking out behind my mum's back to go see my BFF back then and just hang out. It was probably the last great carefree era, before technology and social media took over all our lives! Back when you if you wanted to see your friends, you actually had to go round to their house to see if they were in, god forbid you used the house phone as it was too expensive to be calling your friend who lived just across the street! A time when neighbours were neighbourly and actually looked out for one another. When summer seemed to last forever, and the winters were postcard perfect.

Zombie Beach Story

So I'm sorry I've been quiet for a while, I just haven't had the motivation to log into SL since going to Download Festival, I had such an amazing time there with my friends, I've been suffering post-Download blues I guess, lol. Anyways I'm back now. Dunno quite how long for. Got some RL drama going on right now. Pretty big stuff tbh, and major life changes might be happening shortly, which is kinda terrifying, but also exciting. Anyways, if these things do happen, then I will be away from SL, blogging anyway, for a while :/. So enjoy this while you can!

Just before I went to Download, the ever-talented Delirium Sol released this gorgeous bathing costume in a TON of different designs. I absolutely ADORE this costume, so HAD to do a post with it. So here's my Zombie Beach Story (in pictures anyway, lol!).

Well Overdue For Horror Haute....

This post should have been up last week sometime, bue due to wotking nights and planning my son's birthday party, I havent had much computer time! If you don't know about this event; it is a monthly event with fashion of a more goth, darker style being featured, often at a limited sale price.

Sixties Doll

Here's yet another look from the Vintage Fair, this time inspired by the gorgeous Rita dress that is available from Dilly Dolls' stall at the Fair. This dress is colour change, and I love it for the the bright, vivid colour's that are available. In this photo I am wearing the White dress with yellow checks, which I have paired with the oh-so adorable Dasha pumps, also from Dilly Dolls. These pumps are also colour change, as are the cute lil skulls on the sides of them. Dilly Dolls was a last minute inclusion into the Vintage Fair, and I think Oriana has out-done herself by making these items for the Fair with such short notice!

Also worn in this photo is the essences Indy/ RosePale skin, which I am wearing with the Kyoto make-up from Black Liquid.

The cute furniture in this pic is available from Sway's stall at the fair, and is just perfect for all your retro redecorating needs! It comes in a multitude of colour's, sure to suit any taste.

The Vintage Fair is now OPEN to the public, and runs until the 29th August, so you have plenty of time to head over there and look around. Take a look at the Chic Management blog for map and slurls.
