Its a beautiful day....

and I'm stuck doing nights, ugh. Ah well here's a cute look I've been wanting to show you for a couple of days.

This look is made up form a couple of things released at the 'for aeva//heartsick fundraiser' that is happening right now til the 14th May (for more info on the event, read here).  The skin I'm wearing is a new release from aeva that is currently available at the event for the bargain price of L$100!! This adorable skin is available in the usual 9 tones, ranging form the palest - T0 - which I'm wearing here, to the darkest tone - T8. And for this wonderfully low price, each skin comes with a shape, teeth layers and skin appliers! The adorable dress I'm wearing is an event EXCLUSIVE by sakide, who is participating in the event along with about 30 other designers, and will NOT be available after the even,t so go, go, go if you want to add this cute lil number to your closet!! Just an fyi- Kinu Makayo (owner of Sakide) is very generously donating 60% of her profits from this event to the for aeva//heartsick fund!!

Onto the rest. The ear's I'm wearing were made by A&A's Mabinogion brand, for the We <3 RP event. They are unrigged mesh and therefore resizeable! They are on sale at the event for 50% of the regular price which it will be after the event. I am also wearing a piercing from Witches & Rats, which is their current subscribo giftie. Hybrid doll

 Here's some more pretty pictures taken with Alice in RMK hunt gifts for you to look at. This was such a cute hunt, I'd definately reccomend checking out any future hunts they might have :)  Thi skin I'm wearing in these photos is the adorable hybrid avatar from Snow Rabbit, that was recently previewed at Skin Fair. This amazing avatar comes with a mesh head, which is fully customisable, via a HUD. You can change the skin tone (to match to the corresponding Snow Rabbit skin), eye-colour and shape (if you use the avatars eyes), you can fully customise the make-up, including lip colour, eye-shadow, blush. You can even customise your avatars' eye-lashes and give yourself a beauty mark/ two if you wish. AND you can choose to have expressions, or not!!

Woeful Sunday...

Thanks to Woeful Wednesday this week, I finally got to complete my Alice furniture collection from Snow Bound as I snagged up the Alice salon sofa and Alice coffee tables to match the Dirty Alice Bloody mirror and Alice salon chair that I already owned :D

The awesome full-of-win dress is something I would totally wear in RL and is available from The Little Bat in a variety of colours. I just had to team this dress up with my favourite old pair of boots from Violent Seduction, which has now changed location and can be located here. Iki has put two new things in her luckies, which I will show you in a later post :)

I am wearing an old skin from Snatch in this post, which I love, I have just accentuated it with the gorgeous 'Pay it Forward' lips from A&A that the super-awesome Sileny Noel sent to me. Here's a close-up:

A Steam Holiday....

Millie in Wonderland

Another day, another Blue Blood post, lol! I usually don't blog the same store twice in a row, but as soon as I saw this adorable new release I just HAD to try it on, and then I could not take it off, and before I knew it, I was taking photos' of me in it, which naturally meant I had to blog it, lol! Alice is available in a range of colours to suit everyone's taste, and is out now at the main store! The boots I'm wearing are also by Blue Blood, and they were recently available as a hunt prize at Blue Blood but I am not sure if they are available to buy at the store, tbh.

The skin I'm wearing is one of Aeva/Heartsicks' special seasonal skins, which are only available til Jan 3rd. These are full skins that come with all their options, and are only L$100, so get your hands on em now while they are still available!

The eyes are new from Adore & Abhor and are a advent calender prize over at Kitty Catz. This advent calender is one not be missed. It is a collaborative project with a gift from a different designer available every day! Oh, and old calendar prizes are still available! But you can only collect each gift once, so be sure not to ignore/ decline it, lol!

Weekend shopping...

Blue Blood has released a new dress this week, and it is super cute. It's called 'sugardoll' and features a gorgeous hand-painted sugar skull on the skirt. It's available in all your favourite Blue Blood colours, and a special limited edition 'rainbow' colour which is available for the super-low price of L$150, or L$75 if you are wearing the Blue Blood group tag!! Blue Blood has also moved it's mainstore, check the info for the new location!

Along with this dress I am wearing the ever super-cute lassitude & ennui sugar skull boots, which I thought were a perfect match to Ghanis' dress. Once again, these boots are available at the Unhinged festival, which is only on for another 2 weeks. You can read more about the festival here. These boots are EXCLUSIVELY available in the gatcha over at Unhinged and WILL NOT BE SOLD, EVER, AGAIN AFTER THIS EVENT!!! So for the super low price of L$60 a try you can get your hands on some really cute well made and limited boots!

Dollie goes to the Cinema

In case you didn't already know, there's this awesome limited sales event on right now called CINEMA. Cinema is a full sim, movie themed shopping event organised by RubyStarlight Writer, the mastermind behind other themed events such as Festival of Sin. The entire build is a huge mesh cinema based on the grandiose mega-plexes of the 80s, beautifully textured and styled, which is sure to bring back many good memories. Housed within the Cinema are a variety of themed theatres full of shops that have created equally themed items for sale. And as a major movie-fan, I couldn't resist having a visit myself (this won't be the first either, lol!) So, get your gladrags on and head down to Cinema today!

Trick or treeeeat??

OK, so I'm a bit early, but I simply LOVE Halloween and just can't wait any longer!!! lol. Here's some gorgeous things I have found just perfect for the occassion. A dear friend of mine, False Imako, has made some absolutely gorgeous limited edition Halloween themed skins for the holiday which, for only L$99 each you NEED to check out! The one I'm wearing here was actually in the MM a couple of nights ago, so you gotta keep an eye on that too! In keeping with the theme, I am also wearing Adore & Abhor's CUTE eye-shadow which is one of their prizes in this years' Snatch Halloween game - The Resting Place, and I think it complements Falses' skin perfectly!

Horrorfest 2010

Hi dollies, well Horrorfest is well and truelly underway, and if you have been living under a rock and have no idea what it is about, then I shall explain. It is a horror themed charity event taking place until October 31st with all proceeds going to the Sophie Lancaster Foundation. Sophie Lancaster was a young goth girl from Bacup, UK, who in 2007 was tragically beaten to death simply for being a goth! This girl lived approx 30 miles away from me, so the news broke big over here, and as I am goth in RL this charity is very close to my heart, as I'm sure you'll all appreciate. There are some amazing goth designers invcolved in this event, such as Show Me on The Doll, Virtual Insanity, Violet Voltaire, Sn@tch, Wretched Dollies, Adore and Abhor, Dilly Dolls, Mango, Mango. I wish I could show you everything I have picked up, but I really don't have the time, so do make sure you go and have a look around and support this worthwhile charity.
