Hey gothlings. So I have never meant for this blog to be a personal, RL one, but sometimes, I don't know where the RL me ends and Millie begins so I have to apologise now if I put too much Personal RL stuff in here! Anyways, my burgeoning RL relationship came to a sudden and unexpected end this week. So what else was I to do, but head back to Millies loft to get over it all. Only Millie wasnt quite as restrained as RL me and didnt deal well with the whole breakup. Instead her and Gargungoy decided to play a game with the ex. A deadly game that ended up with the ex discarded like a broken toy.

Welcome to the Freak Show!!

This blog post started with a coupe of cute items from last week's Fifty Linden Friday- the super cute hair by Wasabi Pills and the pj top from caboodle. I loved the top soooo much, but I wanted to mix it up and wear it with something else instead. I went to sn@tch to check out their lucky boards, and while there I remembered to pick up my VIP group gift. After hanging out at the lucky boards for a while I decided to go back home and open my VIP gift - inside was this adorable texture change skirt! My outfit was now complete, aside from a couple of accessories and a location.

I discovered this fabulous sim quite by accident the other day and immediately knew it was the right spot for my blog!

A Clockwork Spiral returns!

So, the time has come again for my favourite 'steam' event of the year, A Clockwork Spiral, brought to you by those same folks behind other successful events such as; World Goth Fair, Gothmas by Gaslight, Futurewave, and many others.. This year, the event is raising funds towards the National Kidney Foundation, and with heaps of your favourite designers, once again involved, there is bound to be something for everyone. Zombie Burlesque

You remember I told you there were soooo many awesome things in this round of Horror Haute, well heres my second post featuring the amazing zombie burlesque dress from bad juju, which I absolutely LOVE! I have accessorised this look with a few simple pieces that I love... the hair-pin from bubble, ear plugs by nox and my favourite nommy by forsaken. It's immaterial...

I have really been struggling for inspiration lately, I think its down to being so tired with doing nights in RL at the minute, and my routine being totally messed up! Anyways, I recently received this gorgeous coat from Naenia Demina of immateria, and I have to say it is stunning! So much so that I *really* wanted to create a look around it. And what better, than a scary demon in a high fashion winter coat? I accessoried this look with gloves from bubble, that are currently available at the oh my gacha event, as well as DRD's horns and demon legs, also available at oh my gacha - this event ends on Jan 31st, so hurry if you haven't been yet!!

More from Horror Haute!

So, I've been in a bit of a funk the past couple of days, due to some bad news I heard in RL. I couldnt get anything to work together, then when I thought I had something I liked, I couldn't get the right pose/ scene that I wanted. I was beginning to think that I wasn't going to be able to show you another Horror Haute post, until I saw this amazing 'wings' top from Cain! I love it! It brought to mind thoughts of the impending apocalypse, and the blind eyes and bloody tears from InSpired Designs' summoned up the idea of a modern-day avenging lady Justice character. I had to go one step further though, and add this bloody blindfold to my look.

 Finally, I *love* kick-ass women who don't take no s**t, and being a huge 'The Walking Dead' fan, I was definitely calling up images of Michonne when I was working on this post! Can't wait for the new season to start!!

Super Smexified Saturday!!

W00ts, so I've gone for a different look today. A totally not grungy/ dark/ dolly look, but one that is most definately smoking!!



This look was borne out of, mostly, todays Super Bargain Saturday items (if you hadn't already guessed, lol). The dress is bubbles' discounted offering, I simply love bubble for their simple, sexy wardrobe staples that are not over-priced. To jazz it up a bit I'm wearing virtual/insanity's sub-rosa ring, which is their SBS offering this week. I simply love big chunky rings, both in SL and RL, so I rightly fell in love with it!!

Finally, this whole look wouldn't be quite the same if not for the shape and skin I'm wearing. The sexy shape I'm using is pink sugahs' 'i need new' free giftie, available in store. Both the skin and eye make-up I'm wearing are group gifties by M.O.C.K. The group costs L$250 to join, but mocksoup is very very generous with gifts, so definately worth it! Heres a closer look at that make-up:



There ya go dolls, how to have one super smexified Saturday, without a trace of blood of gore to be seen!!
