Day at the Spa

 Hey gothlings, this week I have more newness to show you from Sn@tch. It was actually released last week, but I've had a few busy days spending time with the family while the kids are off school.

   Anyways, this post was inspired by my eldest, who decided to go and get her nails done last week, as everything has now reopened here in the UK and the national lockdown is finaly over. So I figured Millie deserevd to get hers done too! So she headed down to the nail salon in her gorgeous new dress from Sn@tch. This adorable dress is available in 34 different coulours and is rigged for Maitreya, Legacy, Slink hourglass and Belleza Freya and Isis. Millie is also sporting her beautiful brand new Hummingbird tattoo from Blue Blood. This tattoo is BOM only and comes in both colour and grayscale options- here Millie is wearing the colour version. Finally, what more does a demon need after new nails, a new dress and a new tattoo? Why, new hair off course, as seen in the final photo. This hair is another new release from Sn@tch and comes in a plethora of colours. It also comes with a floral headband- not shown here.

Happy Birthday Necrosis!

Unless you've been living under a rock, you'll know that this month is the deathday of the wonderful event that is Necrosis! So Millie decied to get all dressed up in this gorgeous outfit from Infernal Alchemy and throw a massive creepy party, with fantastically creepy decor from Lilith's Den. And what better way to keep drinks cool, than with the epic Dahmers coolbox from Black Jack Speed Shop. All currently avaialble at Necrosis until August 21st!

 So in case you've been living under a rock, the awesome Necrosis event is BACK and is currently celebrating its first anniversary of amazing events showcasing all the fantastic creepy stores and designers  within SL, for those of us who like the dark side ;)

Its unbelievably HOT again today, so Millie has been busy trying to perform a rain spell, with her loyal companion Gargungoy watching on. She tried a simple rain spell a first, but when that didn't work, she tried praying to the who knows what Gods... and finally she attempted a blood sacrifice! If this doesn't work- do not get in her way!

Happy Halloween!!

So its been a manic few days here in RL, I'm back working nights and in between work, sleep and trying to get organised for Halloween, I haven't had a minute!!! I am currently writing this in-between feeding the cat, eating my tea, shortly before picking my daughter up from her cheer session, dropping her off at her friends' party, and heading off to work again!!! Anyway, this blog was inspired by one of the new releases from Blue Blood, the Sacred dress. It is available in a multitude of various colours, but as it is Halloween, I have chosen to show you the Halloween version, which I think is absolutely gorgeous!! Note: This version is ONLY available at the Creepy Cute Carnival, and will not be available after the event is over!

 I also want to draw your attention to the hair I'm wearing - its from Alice Project, who are currently having their annual Halloween massacre sale/ reward event. Everyday, the lovely Alice Demonia places out a new gift hair for VIP group members, and an additional gift hair for everyone. Memento Mori at Woeful Wednesday

Hi dolls, this is just a quickie post since I am having to borrow my brother-in-laws computer this morning before work :/ Anyway, Memento Mori have an amazing new range of shoes out for Woeful Wednesday today, which I absolutely adore!! These boots are available in six different textures; and in clean and bloody versions- perfect for the dead doll in me!  I am wearing the 'I once had dreams' boot in bloody (off course!). And for today only, they are just L$50 each!! (usual price is L$99), so get down there and grab em while you can!

The hair I'm wearing is from a new-to-me store, taketomi, and is currently available at the Chapter Four event, which is also new to me. Millie in Wonderland

Another day, another Blue Blood post, lol! I usually don't blog the same store twice in a row, but as soon as I saw this adorable new release I just HAD to try it on, and then I could not take it off, and before I knew it, I was taking photos' of me in it, which naturally meant I had to blog it, lol! Alice is available in a range of colours to suit everyone's taste, and is out now at the main store! The boots I'm wearing are also by Blue Blood, and they were recently available as a hunt prize at Blue Blood but I am not sure if they are available to buy at the store, tbh.

The skin I'm wearing is one of Aeva/Heartsicks' special seasonal skins, which are only available til Jan 3rd. These are full skins that come with all their options, and are only L$100, so get your hands on em now while they are still available!

The eyes are new from Adore & Abhor and are a advent calender prize over at Kitty Catz. This advent calender is one not be missed. It is a collaborative project with a gift from a different designer available every day! Oh, and old calendar prizes are still available! But you can only collect each gift once, so be sure not to ignore/ decline it, lol!

Weekend shopping...

Blue Blood has released a new dress this week, and it is super cute. It's called 'sugardoll' and features a gorgeous hand-painted sugar skull on the skirt. It's available in all your favourite Blue Blood colours, and a special limited edition 'rainbow' colour which is available for the super-low price of L$150, or L$75 if you are wearing the Blue Blood group tag!! Blue Blood has also moved it's mainstore, check the info for the new location!

Along with this dress I am wearing the ever super-cute lassitude & ennui sugar skull boots, which I thought were a perfect match to Ghanis' dress. Once again, these boots are available at the Unhinged festival, which is only on for another 2 weeks. You can read more about the festival here. These boots are EXCLUSIVELY available in the gatcha over at Unhinged and WILL NOT BE SOLD, EVER, AGAIN AFTER THIS EVENT!!! So for the super low price of L$60 a try you can get your hands on some really cute well made and limited boots!

Horror Haute November

It's that time of the month again, for my favourite event; Horror Haute, and once again I have some cute stuff to show you. I think my favourite item this month has to be the totally adorable doll-dress from The Little Bat. Its so beautifully textured and fun to wear I could hardly bring myself to take it off!

I am wearing with it, the gorgeous skin from Ys&Ys that is currently only available only at the Unhinged festival, and hair from the very talented Alice Demonia off Alice Project. This hairstyle is called and is one of Alice Projects' exclusive Around the World releases. Around the Word is a special event happening now to celebrate the diverse global community that is united and represented within Second Life, which ends Nov 29th.

I've been having so much fun exploring the different themes over at CINEMA, I just had to show you this cute look I made today. Just an FYI, I'm a total sci-fi geek, and grew up on Star Trek... I have always loved that show, can't get enough of it, I like anything Star Trek and can't say I have any preference on which series it is, if its' Star Trek I just love it! So, when I saw these amaze-balls Star Trek inspired dresses from Eclectic Wingtips, I just HAD to get my hands on them! And make myself into a cute Andorian Starfleet officer...

Dollie goes to the Cinema

In case you didn't already know, there's this awesome limited sales event on right now called CINEMA. Cinema is a full sim, movie themed shopping event organised by RubyStarlight Writer, the mastermind behind other themed events such as Festival of Sin. The entire build is a huge mesh cinema based on the grandiose mega-plexes of the 80s, beautifully textured and styled, which is sure to bring back many good memories. Housed within the Cinema are a variety of themed theatres full of shops that have created equally themed items for sale. And as a major movie-fan, I couldn't resist having a visit myself (this won't be the first either, lol!) So, get your gladrags on and head down to Cinema today!
