This blog post started with a coupe of cute items from last week's Fifty Linden Friday- the super cute hair by Wasabi Pills and the pj top from caboodle. I loved the top soooo much, but I wanted to mix it up and wear it with something else instead. I went to sn@tch to check out their lucky boards, and while there I remembered to pick up my VIP group gift. After hanging out at the lucky boards for a while I decided to go back home and open my VIP gift - inside was this adorable texture change skirt! My outfit was now complete, aside from a couple of accessories and a location.

I discovered this fabulous sim quite by accident the other day and immediately knew it was the right spot for my blog!

Sickly Sweet

It's beginning to look a lot like.....

Halloween!!! I'm getting -so- excited now in RL its crazy, I'm like a kid at Christmas when it comes to Halloween! The dec's are up already, although I think my new neighbours think I'm a bit weird for that, but hey :) And the kids are off school next week, so cue tons of happy Halloween baking with them, I cant wait! Anyway, Halloween is also a busy time of year in SL, and {frick} is back with their annual Halloween dollarbie hunt. There's 2 skins available, in a variety of tones, and two different outfits to find. Here they are :)

This first outfit comprises of mix and match top's, with leggings, in either pumpkin or grape. A capri's version is also available, but not shown.

Mermaids & Tentacles!!

Well, maybe not so much of the mermaids, but I thought it was cute, lol. Anyways, as you may already know THE SEA HOLE IS CLOSING AND HAVING A HUGE l$50 SALE!!!! Actually, it was meant to have been closed already, but I just happened to pop over there the other night, and it was still open, so I hurriedly scooped up everything I had missed and ran home with it! This fun dress I'm about to show you, I had already bought when it had been available at Collabor88, but I hadn't figured out a look I was happy enough with to show it to you yet. Until this weekend, when two amazing things happened. 1) I scooped this GORGEOUS ocean colour Wasabi Pills hair from the arcade gacha, and 2) Silent Sparrow was selling these amaze-balls tentacle socks for Fifty Linden Friday that MATCH THE DRESS PERFECTLY!!!And here we are:

Millies' 52 Weeks of Randomness.

Week 2:

She was on the wrong side of town, but that was just the way she liked it. Ever since they had beaten and mutilated her and left her for dead, this had become her nightly ritual. For the 6 who beat her did not know that something other than Death had found her that night, and turned her into this monster, not alive, but not dead, unable to walk in the sun, and with a thirst for blood.

This stunning dress I am wearing has been in my inv for a long time just waiting for an excuse for me to show it to you. It had sat there waiting for me to get some inspiration for a photo, and when I won this gorgeous headpiece form the lucky board at Violent Seduction yesterday, I just KNEW they would look perfect together!

Weekend shopping...

Blue Blood has released a new dress this week, and it is super cute. It's called 'sugardoll' and features a gorgeous hand-painted sugar skull on the skirt. It's available in all your favourite Blue Blood colours, and a special limited edition 'rainbow' colour which is available for the super-low price of L$150, or L$75 if you are wearing the Blue Blood group tag!! Blue Blood has also moved it's mainstore, check the info for the new location!

Along with this dress I am wearing the ever super-cute lassitude & ennui sugar skull boots, which I thought were a perfect match to Ghanis' dress. Once again, these boots are available at the Unhinged festival, which is only on for another 2 weeks. You can read more about the festival here. These boots are EXCLUSIVELY available in the gatcha over at Unhinged and WILL NOT BE SOLD, EVER, AGAIN AFTER THIS EVENT!!! So for the super low price of L$60 a try you can get your hands on some really cute well made and limited boots!

Sadly due to RL commitments I was unable to show you these gorgeous items last month :(

Horror Haute!

Sooo sorry Im late with this, things have been super-hectic at home what with the school holidays then getting the kids' ready to go back to school! Never enough hours in the day, lol. Anyway, there's some cute stuffs out for Horror Haute (as always), make sure you run round and get what you want before everythings' back up to full price!

I particularly loved this dress from Souzou Eien. This appealed both to my love of the macabre, and also my love of Victorian/ Steampunk goth, so this was a MUST for me.

Sixties Doll

Here's yet another look from the Vintage Fair, this time inspired by the gorgeous Rita dress that is available from Dilly Dolls' stall at the Fair. This dress is colour change, and I love it for the the bright, vivid colour's that are available. In this photo I am wearing the White dress with yellow checks, which I have paired with the oh-so adorable Dasha pumps, also from Dilly Dolls. These pumps are also colour change, as are the cute lil skulls on the sides of them. Dilly Dolls was a last minute inclusion into the Vintage Fair, and I think Oriana has out-done herself by making these items for the Fair with such short notice!

Also worn in this photo is the essences Indy/ RosePale skin, which I am wearing with the Kyoto make-up from Black Liquid.

The cute furniture in this pic is available from Sway's stall at the fair, and is just perfect for all your retro redecorating needs! It comes in a multitude of colour's, sure to suit any taste.

The Vintage Fair is now OPEN to the public, and runs until the 29th August, so you have plenty of time to head over there and look around. Take a look at the Chic Management blog for map and slurls.

Vintage Fair Shoot-out!

There was trouble down at the Vintage Fair. Hoards of fashion-crazed broads descended onto the streets of the Fair desperate to get their hands on the latest fashion bargains! A fight broke out between the seperate fashionista gangs. Amidst the chaos a blood-curdling scream was heard. I ran down the cobble-paved street, towards the sound, my gun ready to fight off the masses. I rounded a corner and there, down the dimly-lit alleyway was the screamer. A woman who looked like she had been poured into her dress, a simple red scarf tied around her neck, which did nothing to hide her breast-line. She took my breath away, and for a moment I almost forgot why I was there.

"Mister, mister... there's a... a..." then she lost her composure and vomited on the ground. Just behind her, there was a body. Damn she was a looker. Shame about the bullet in her head. I reached into my inside pocket and took a swig out of the whiskey flask I kept there for times like these. Now to find out who killed her, and why. Was she an innocent victim caught up in the Vintage Fair crossfire, or was it a premeditated kill, covered up by the ensuing chaos?
