Hi loyal readers, I know I haven't been around much at all as of late, but having a new baby has sapped my energy and my blogging mojo, as well as my SL time. But, things are getting easier now, So I am slowly returning to business as usual! I have bought myself a small plot of land, and am starting to feel the blogging itch again! I can't guarantee how regularly I will blog right now, it'll just be as and when I have the time and energy! So, I'm not gonna commit to any events right now, until I know I can manage that into my hectic homelife lol!

Spooky Snatch...

haha, I couldnt resist having that as the title! Anyways, I just recently got done with the Pulse/ Snatch annual horror game, and wanted to share a few pics from the event with you. This game is always a treat, it fully immerses you into whatever dark and creepy scenario the very talented people behind it can come up with! The game runs usually from mid October- mid November, now the official close date for the game this year was 17th November, but I just managed to get back in to complete it, so you may still have time! As always, there are a TON of hunt prizes to be found along the way, if you aren't too scared too look!!!

Deliciously dark

I admit, I have been slacking as of late with blogging, but RL work has been crazy, and the kids have been hogging the computer more, so its been tough. Anyway, here's what is likely to b the first of many World Goth Fair posts. The tank dress I am wearing is by Psychotic Neko and will be available at the World Goth Fair, which opens on the 15th - ALL monies raised by Psychotic neko during the fair will go to the SOPHIE charity <3. I have accessorised the dress with lots of random things from my inventory, such as the crossbone stockings by deadpool and the winged princess headband also by deadpool. I absolutely adore these headbands, and deadpool has lots of them in all sorts of different styles, definitely worth checking out!

I was a teenage vampire....

So I tried on this adorable dress from DRBC over the weekend, and immediately visions of High School, USA style, came to mind. This was probably due to the obscene amount of The Vampire Diaries I have been watching lately, lol. I accessorised the look with these gorgeous nerdy moth glasses from redrum, which are available at the MadPea Steampunk gatcha fair and not a lot else! lol

To colour or not?

So Death Rocker Betty Crocker recently released some gorgeous and fun dresses that I wanted to share with you. These are the boheme tunics, they are available in various different textures, but one of my favourites is the Hot Lips version. I love its bright, kitsch textures and it just screamed at me to blog it. But, I asked myself how and in what context should I blog it? So, struggling for ideas, I forgot about it for a while and decided to work on Berry's recent Monday meme of 'black & white portraits'. Now, ordinarily, a black and white photo reminds me of the classic 1920's era, and I really thought I was going to do something along those lines, when... bam! I decided why not use the dress that I had already shot? And here it is..

It's Witchcraft

So Blue Blood is back, in a new location (I think I gave you the new slurl last time, but I'll give it again this time), and with a gorgeous new release. 'Coven' is, as you can tell by the name, an outfit fit for any witch. This stunning outfit is all mesh, and is available in all Ghanis' usual colours, but I have chosen to show you the black version. I simply love the detailed texturing on this outfit, Ghani has outdone herself as always <3

So I suck at blog titles, I really do... anyway this one is inspired both by the location where I took this shot... Scrub, and the song 'No Scrubs' by TLC, which was going through my head at the time, LOL. This look started off with the gorgeously sumptuous skinny leggings from {MV} which were on sale for L$60 Weekends, then I started pulling things from outta my inventory and came up with this gorgeous causal Saturday kinda look!

Demons and Dragons

So I don't often do 'look of the day' type posts very often, buuuut this week I was playing with some of the gatchas over at Oh My Gatcha, and was lucky enough to grab a few things I really wanted, including some of the gorgeous new Dragon's Eye ring and necklaces, as well as Death Row Designs wicked horns, that I just HAD to show to you... The outfit I'm wearing was simply what I was wearing at the time, but overall, I think the look worked out perfect- the accessories seem to pull it all together!

So, I'll let you all into a little known fact... I own lolas!!! haha, yes I do! I never thought I'd want lolas, honestly I was quite anti-lolas at one point, til a dear friend of mine (she knows who she is!!) talked me into getting them, and honestly I think, when used well they can look good! I'm very slow to catch onto 'new' things in SL, I still don't own slink hands for instance, so I don't get them out very often, but when I do I try not to over-inflate them too much, lol. The outfit I'm wearing is from one of my go-to stores, Sakide, and this time I'm wearing one of their new releases that is currently available at the Boobies Show, so off course I had to see how it looked with my lolas! That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it, anyway!

I have accessorized my outfit with the stunning Dragon's Eye ring and choker from the little bat. The ring (as well as necklaces and hair-bows) are available at Oh My Gatcha. I actually started off wearing the matching necklace to the ring, however I had a problem in that it sunk into my boobies! So, I had an idea.... and I asked Drusilla Dethly if it would be possible to make the necklace 'boobie-friendly', or if she could work the design into a choker for all us boobie-loving girls (which I guess I am too!!), and voile! She worked her magic and crafted the adorable Dragon's Eye choker that I am wearing! This choker is available at the main store, and is colour-changeable via hud.
